In 2023, His U'niqu3 Blessings Ministry was established by Cassundra Faulkner and Ina McGhee-Merrit. This 501(c)(3) charitable organization, located in North Texas, is dedicated to providing food and clothing to individuals experiencing temporary homelessness in Collin County and surrounding areas, driven by faith, love and compassion.
The organization operates with the belief that every individual deserves dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances. Volunteers from all walks of life come together to support the cause, creating a strong sense of community and shared purpose. Through various outreach programs, His U'niqu3 Blessings Ministry not only provides essential resources but also offers hope and encouragement to those in need. Their initiatives include weekly meal distributions, seasonal clothing drives, and personal care packages, all aimed at uplifting and empowering the unhoused population. With a vision to make a lasting impact, Cassundra and Ina continue to inspire others to join in their mission of compassion and service.
Affectionately referred to as "The Ladies in Pink" by their friends in transition, they strive to fill the needs they see around them on a daily basis. Both of the founders have been directly affected by breast cancer. They chose the pink color scheme for HUBM as a tribute to the courageous women battling this terrible disease each day.
In our inaugural year (2023), with God's grace, we were able to distribute
to our friends in need in our area.
Help us make 2024 numbers soar even higher!

Rhonda has dedicated nearly 20 years to assisting the unhoused and disadvantaged in South Dallas. Having experienced homelessness for 18.5 years herself, Rhonda has a profound understanding of the daily struggles faced by the unhoused.
A divine message prompted Rhonda to make a change, leading her to Dallas International Street Ministry, where she completed a discipleship program. Stepping out in faith, she launched two boarding houses to support the unhoused in transitioning off the streets.
Following another divine calling, Rhonda acquired the land she and her husband, Rodney, once used for drug use, transforming it into a community-serving space. Rhonda founded her own nonprofit offering essential services like food, hygiene, clothing, laundry, housing, and compassion. The contributions to the community are remarkable. Leveraging her firsthand experience, Rhonda trains others on compassionate care for the unhoused.
Rhonda actively collaborates with HUB Ministry and many other organizations, sharing her expertise to continue making a positive impact in the community.
