Founded in 2023 by Cassundra Faulkner and Ina McGhee-Merrit, His U’niqu3 Blessings Ministry (HUBM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in North Texas. Rooted in faith, love, and compassion, HUBM is devoted to serving individuals experiencing temporary homelessness throughout Collin County and surrounding communities by providing food, clothing, and essential care.
At the heart of our mission is a simple but powerful belief — that every person deserves dignity, respect, and hope, no matter their circumstances. Our volunteers, drawn together from all walks of life, form a caring community committed to meeting both physical and spiritual needs with open hearts and servant hands.
Through weekly meal distributions, hygiene and shelf-stable meals, seasonal clothing/essential care drives, and special ad-hoc projects that simply help neighbors in need, HUBM strives to uplift, empower, and remind our friends in transition that they are deeply loved and valued.
Affectionately known as “The Ladies in Pink”, Cassundra and Ina chose pink as HUBM’s signature color in honor of their personal journeys with breast cancer. The color stands as both a tribute to women courageously fighting the disease and a symbol of resilience, strength, and compassion—the very qualities that define our ministry.
With a vision to create lasting impact, HUBM continues to shine as a beacon of love and service, inviting others to join us in putting Christ’s Love in Motion — one meal, one smile, and one blessing at a time.

In 2024 with God's grace, we were able to distribute
to our friends in need in our area.
Help us make 2025 numbers soar even higher!

Rhonda has dedicated nearly 20 years to assisting the unhoused and disadvantaged in South Dallas. Having experienced homelessness for 18.5 years herself, Rhonda has a profound understanding of the daily struggles faced by the unhoused.
A divine message prompted Rhonda to make a change, leading her to Dallas International Street Ministry, where she completed a discipleship program. Stepping out in faith, she launched two boarding houses to support the unhoused in transitioning off the streets.
Following another divine calling, Rhonda acquired the land she and her husband, Rodney, once used for drug use, transforming it into a community-serving space. Rhonda founded her own nonprofit offering essential services like food, hygiene, clothing, laundry, housing, and compassion. The contributions to the community are remarkable. Leveraging her firsthand experience, Rhonda trains others on compassionate care for the unhoused.
Rhonda actively collaborates with HUB Ministry and many other organizations, sharing her expertise to continue making a positive impact in the community.
